Vera Vita Launches Senior Living Community Near Kandlakoya Forest

Vera Vita Living LLP has launched Amaya, a premium senior living community near Kandlakoya Reserve Forest along Hyderabad’s Outer Ring Road.

The project marks Vera Vita Living’s entry into India’s growing senior living sector, with the company planning to invest approximately ₹600 crore over the next five years to develop hospitality-led senior living communities across key Indian cities.

Amaya is being developed as a professionally managed community for seniors, bringing together private residences, shared spaces, wellness facilities, dining and support services.

The project forms part of a 13-acre master plan, with the first phase spread across approximately 3 acres and comprising 256 residences.

The residences will be available in 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 BHK configurations, ranging from approximately 950 sq. ft. to 2,400 sq. ft.

The community is planned to include a clubhouse, dining spaces, fitness and wellness facilities, landscaped gardens, walking trails and recreation areas.

Residents will also have access to preventive healthcare, physiotherapy, emergency response, housekeeping, maintenance and concierge services.

Amaya is designed to support an independent, active and community-oriented lifestyle, providing seniors with professional assistance whenever required while maintaining the comfort and privacy of home.

Vera Vita Living was founded by Arudradev Rao, Dhruv Badruka and Tanay Saboo. The company has identified approximately 1.5 million sq. ft. of development potential in Hyderabad and is evaluating opportunities in other cities, including Visakhapatnam, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coonoor and Pune.

Hyderabad was selected for the first project because of its healthcare infrastructure, connectivity, climate and availability of larger land parcels suitable for green, low-density communities.

With Amaya, Vera Vita Living aims to create a new approach to senior living that combines residential comfort with wellness, hospitality, healthcare and professionally managed services.
